Silvio Alvarez Established Silvio Roofing LLC in 2008. Silvio Alvarez is a hands-on owner who interacts with our customers and is present in all jobs. At Silvio Roofing, we take customer service seriously and set the bar high for our crews. We know many roofing companies are out there, and choosing can be overwhelming. We promise to be with you every step of the way, from applying for permits, to picking the shingle colors that complement your home, and always being one phone call away when questions arise. You won't have any surprises because we promise to keep you informed throughout the process. Safety First:

The Safety and Well-being of our employees and clients are a top priority for Silvio Roofing. We joined forces with GAF in 2017. This partnership has allowed us to attend workshops and educational opportunities for our sales and installer staff to be current on the latest technologies and safety/ manufacturer recommendations. This year, our team completed a two-day GAF workshop in Cherokee, NC. This demonstrates the commitment Silvio Roofing has regarding safety and being able to offer our clients the best there is on the market.
